1. Size Exchange Policy

• We accept size exchanges only if the press-on nails are in brand new, unused, and undamaged condition.
• Customers may request a size exchange or visit our physical store to swap for a better fit.
• Please note: Exchanges are limited to size only. We do not accept style changes or returns for personal preference.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Press-on nails are classified as personal care products. For hygiene and safety reasons, once the packaging seal is broken, the product is considered used and no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality (e.g. change of mind, style preference, incorrect order made by the customer).
• Custom-made or personalised press-on nails are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue.
• We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit depending on the case.

• Be unused and in the same condition as received
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase
• Please note: Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as Store Credit Only. No cash or original payment refunds will be provided.
